Just time for one last blog post before Christmas and it’s going to be a little taster of photos from Katherine and Toms wedding last weekend up in Halifax.
It was quite a trip to get there but considering Katherine and Tom flew over from Australia, my journey was a only stones throw in comparison.
Katherine had got in touch with me the previous year after being at their friends Becca and Charlie’s wedding that I photographed in 2015. Due to Becca and Charlies work they had asked me not to blog any of their wedding photos but thankfully they shared the gallery with their friends and so Katherine and Tom booked me.
Yorkshire looked beautiful on the Saturday of the wedding, a little snow still on the ground and beautiful blue skys. It was cold though and at one point I wondered if Katherine was going to turn blue but they’re made of tougher stuff up north. She told me she was actually enjoying the temperature, normally she’s baking hot back in Australia and having to cope with her make up running off her face!
There is such a lot to say about this wedding but I will be doing a proper blog post later so I’ll keep this brief. Just to say I hope you enjoyed the previews, there’s a lot lot more to come and thank you for a wonderful trip to Yorkshire, just a shame it couldn’t have been for longer!
