Finding the right wedding photographer means first and foremost choosing one whose work you connect with. I want my couples to be able to recount how they felt when they look back at their photos. If that’s what you’re looking for then lets chat as I’d love to photograph your wedding!
Just drop me an email telling me a bit about yourselves and your plans for your big day. Then let me build a package tailored for you and your budget.
Prices start from just £500 for a mid week wedding, with the average spend for a peak day being between £1000 and £1595 for coverage. Packages include me as your photographer, a slideshow of a selection of images, a Branded USB with your edited photos in colour and black and white and a private gallery to share with your family and friends.
I’m happy to do shorter coverage if you’d just like the main event photographed, just email me for prices. Just let me know what you’re looking for in terms of photography and what your budget is by filling in the Contact page and we can go from there.
Add any of the following listed items to any of the above package
Whichever package, bespoke or otherwise, you go for, I will be your photographer for the duration of the hours you book and coverage can start at a time of your choice to cover those aspects of the wedding you would like.
Depending on the length of coverage you can expect to receive between 250 – 500 edited images on your USB.
3 to 4 weeks after your wedding you will receive your professional branded USB in a smart presentation box with all your edited images on in colour and black and white. These are not watermarked and you have licence to print and distribute them to friends and family.
Once you have made the decision to book with me we can set a date for your engagement shoot if you have chosen to include one.
This provides an ideal opportunity to get to know each other a little better while getting you as a couple comfortable having your photograph taken. I can honestly say it does make all the difference when it comes to your wedding day as any worries you may have had about being photographed have already been addressed.
The photoshoot can be done here at the farm where I live or perhaps you’d like it at a location that is special to you both as a couple? Due to the nature of wedding and portrait photography being generally weekend work, the pre wedding shoot must if possible be taken Monday through to Thursday.
The images are available to buy individually or on a disc if they are not included in the package. Check out my Engagement Gallery to see some examples of my work and read more about what it entails.
My aim is to photograph your wedding in a way that when you look at your images you have a complete picture of what your day was like, reminding you of how you felt, the emotions you shared with those closest to you as well as those moments you didn’t necessarily see. I see myself as an observer of your day, recording the events as they occur so you can enjoy the proceedings, but I will also include your chosen group photos, some beautiful portraits of just the two of you and aspects of the venue and those all important details.
Although my style is primarily photojournalistic, most couples naturally request a few group photos of family and friends and the wedding party, which I also feel is an essential part of the day and I am more than happy to take. I can suggest the ones I would expect to include and if you require any more you are free to let me know.
I do stress however, that they do take longer than you imagine and in order to get the more natural shots of you with your guests it’s better to keep the group shots to a minimum.
In addition to these, photos of the venue and the details that you have taken time to choose will also be taken. The portraits of the two of you will be taken at a time that’s convenient for you but I will also advise you of the best time for these in terms of light. Normally we do two sessions of approximately 15 minutes each so you’re never away from your guests for any length of time, in fact couples often find it’s a lovely opportunity to reflect on proceedings and enjoy a few quiet moments together.
I like to take care over the editing process as I see this is an important factor in photography and producing the best set of images for you. Therefore after your wedding day I will aim to prepare your slide show within 2 weeks.
The remainder of your photos will be uploaded to your secure online gallery between 4 and 6 weeks after your wedding day. This is a password protected gallery which you will have the link to and which you can then share with your family and friends. They are then able to view and purchase prints from here if they so wish, saving you the trouble of taking everybody’s print orders.
If you still have questions about what I can offer you in terms of your wedding photography you may find the answers on my page FAQs.
