Wedding Photography at Ratsbury Barn
Ratsbury Barn wedding venue is an authentic timbre-framed Kent barn which is set just on the outskirts of Tenterden. The barn itself allows for you to decorate it as you wish and can accommodate weddings either outside or inside depending on the weather.
I have photographed weddings there in glorious sunshine and on those rainy summer days that we hope don’t occur but inevitably do, but it has never meant a disappointing day. It is a beautiful setting whatever the weather and on a hot day the grand oak tree provides a canopy for seated guests during an outdoor ceremony.
At the front of the barn overlooked by an Oast House there is a large lawn area where there is plenty of room for adults and children to be entertained with garden games etc. While at the back there is a pretty orchard giving another lovely spot for drinks and canapés.
One of the main draws for venue also has a picturesque small lake with it’s red footbridge, around which there are plenty of photo opportunities.
